In the processing of fish, shrimp, shellfish and other seafood products,I+G Food Grade is usually used in conjunction with monosodium glutamate (MSG), and the effect is particularly significant. This product contains disodium 5'-inosinate and disodium 5'-guanylate. These two ingredients can have a strong synergistic effect with sodium glutamate and significantly enhance the umami taste of food.
