Warning! Severe congestion in multiple ports in Europe

The main reason is the decrease in water levels of European rivers

Europe's inland waterway transportation is quite developed, and after the sea containers are unloaded at coastal ports, some of them will be transported to inland Europe by barges. At present, due to the severe drought in the Rhine River and the decrease in water level, the capacity of barges is limited, resulting in a shortage of berths, and the entire shipping and inland logistics system is under unprecedented pressure.
