Ceramic fiber blanket

Aluminum silicate fiber felt (ceramic fiber blanket) is made of coke gemstone as the main raw material, and is made through the processes of melting, wire drawing (adding appropriate amount of adhesive during the wire drawing process), curing in the curing chamber, and cutting. The whole process is automatically controlled by PLC, and the product is a thermal insulation material formed in one step.
Product advantages:
1. High temperature resistance, the maximum use temperature can reach 1300℃.
2. Low thermal conductivity and good thermal insulation performance. Under the same conditions, the thermal conductivity of aluminum silicate products is more than 30% lower than that of other thermal insulation materials.
3. Light weight and good stability, with the characteristics of softness, lightness and elasticity. The dry product is 80-100 kg/m3, and the wet product is 100-130 kg/m3.
4. It is not wetted by molten metal. It has good chemical stability.
5. Good sound absorption and sound insulation performance, with good sound insulation effect.
6. Good electrical insulation, with a high dielectric constant; it can be used as high-frequency insulation material.
